Portfolio

Allied to the construction industry, our demolition capabilities derive from a wide spectrum. Our portfolio covers a range of schemes nationwide and amalgamates an envelope of complex demolition projects. Contracts have ranged from high rise and low rise in-situ concrete structures, including various modular 60’s style buildings, to historical structures of listed status.

Presence

Specialising in demolition and deplant activities in a heavy industrial setting and with a comprehensive array of plant and equipment, we have formed a strong presence within the industrial field. Projects of this nature have included industrial units, nuclear power stations, manufacturing facilities, petrochemical plants and electrical sub-stations of operational and redundant status. Projects of this size often involve working under controlled conditions in a sensitive environment.

Schemes

In recent years, we have worked on some of the most complicated schemes in terms of scale and complexity. As a group, we have completed various high profile demolition projects across the UK within both the public and private sectors. These include the incredibly complex demolition that enabled the landmark Lucent development behind the world-famous Piccadilly Lights, the top-down demolition behind the retained listed façade of the former Whiteleys department store and the soft strip, deplant, and demolition at Sizewell A nuclear power station.
